In many ways, this is the solo show that I’ve been working towards for years. It’s been a real journey to get to this point, both emotionally and logistically, and I’m so excited and proud to share this leg of the process with you. If you’ve ever had a twinkle of a thought about hearing me perform live, and if you’re in the area, this is the show to come to.

The best laid plans… I launched the newest iteration of my newsletter on Substack in part with the idea that it would give my community the infrastructure to financially support my work if they wished. The subscription model for artists is tricky, and ultimately, through various attempts, I’ve realized it just doesn’t work well for me, philosophically.
That said, if my music has touched you and you have ever felt moved to support my work, you can still subscribe for $5/month or $50/year. Don’t think of it as paying for a newsletter or exchanging dollars for a “thing”, think of it as investing in my creative work. For now, there will be no difference between the free and paid tiers. I’ll also be sending fewer posts with artist interviews so that I can carve out a little more space for my own writing. If you’re one of my paying subscribers and this doesn’t jive with you, please don’t hesitate to make a change. Life is too short. :)
